    Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ)* 
    Kids Gi Jits - Kids aged 5-11
    Teen Gi Jits- Teens aged 12-16
    Adult Gi Jits - Adults 17+

    No- Gi Jiu Jitsu*
    Kids No-Gi Jits - Kids aged 5-11
    Teens No-Gi
    - Teens aged 12-16
    Adult No-Gi
    - Adults 17+

    Judo*
    Kids Judo - Kids aged 5-11
    Teens Judo - Teens aged 12-16
    Adult Judo
     - Adults 17+

    * Ages are estimates and you maybe advised to move up to next class based on size and skill level
    Kids starting age is generally 6, however based on child's size and maturity, 5 year children can trial and coaches will assess readiness. 
    BJJ and No- Gi - In the event there are no other ladies to train with, we have a female coach available for any women who would like to train BJJ with other women.

    Comp class
    Dedicated competition team training class. Class structure will predominantly consist of rolls / sparring / randori 

    Muay Thai
    - Classes are a mix of Muay Thai (striking / self defence) and a cardio / fitness workout
    - Adults 17+, also available for teens based on discussion

    Open Mat - Allocated time where members can freely train unstructured
