Women’s 8 Week beginner Grappling Program – Judo, BJJ & Self Defence

How the program works
- 8 week course, 1 class per week at the same time each week, women only.
- Each session mixes technique, drills and controlled practice so you can safely apply what you learn.
- Set program price for the full 8 weeks, with limited early bird spots available.
Across the 8 weeks you’ll cover:
- Standing self defence basics: balance, posture, grip fighting and Judo-style takedowns.
- Ground survival: escapes, control positions and how to get back to your feet.
- Simple, high-percentage techniques designed for real-world situations, not just competition.
